I am a Denver-based Scrum Master and Agile Coach with over seven years experience leading agile teams. I have coached teams at all stages of agile adoption, from waterfall teams at the very beginning of their agile journey to mature teams looking to unleash their full potential. I am uniquely well-versed in team building and agile adoption for non-colocated teams, having spent the last nine years working with teams spread out across the globe. I also have significant experience creating hybrid systems for organizations not quite ready to take the full plunge into agile.
